Ingredients:

• 600 grams of potatoes, peeled and diced

• 150 ml of milk

• 3 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese

• 4 tablespoons butter

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

• 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley to garnish, optional to garnish


Direction:

1. Steam the potatoes until they are completely cooked and tender.

2. Put the potatoes in a bowl, then mashed potato until smooth.

3. While the potatoes are still hot, add the butter, stir until the butter melts and mix well. Add milk, salt and pepper, then mix well.

4. Put grated cheddar cheese and cook the potatoes over low heat until the cheese melts and dissolves with potatoes. Stir quickly with the spatula and lift.

5. Add chopped parsley to garnish and creamy mashed potato is ready to be served.
