[How to Cook Mie Aceh]  Mie Aceh is one of the typical foods from Aceh, Indonesia. The taste is slightly spicy and sour. Very suitable when enjoyed in cold weather with orange juice.


How to Cook "Mie Aceh"


Ingredients: 

- 200 gr yellow noodle

- 150 gr beef

- 100 gr fresh shrimps

- 100 gr beansprouts

- 100 gr cabbage, rough slice

- beef broth

- onion

- 4 garlic

- 2 spring onion

- sweet soy sauce

- sugar

- salt

- salt

- pepper

- 1 tomato, cut


Seasoning Mashed:

- 6 onion

- 3 garlic

- 1 teaspoon curry powder

- 1/4 teaspoon cardamon

- 1/4 teaspoon cumin

- 2 cm saffron


Direction:

1. Saute the onions and garlic until fragrant, add the spices that have been mashed, cook until the spices are cooked.

2. Add the meat, cook until tender, add water if necessary. Enter the shrimp, stir until it changes color.

3. Add cabbage, noodles, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper. Add enough beef broth. Cook until the cabbage begins to wither. Add the sprouts, tomatoes, spring onions and noodle. Mix the flavor correction evenly.

4. Add some Fried emping, sliced cucumbers, fried ground peanuts, pickled onions and pepper for topping.

5. Mie Aceh is ready to be serve.
