[How to Make Flatbread] Flatbread is one meal that can be combined with many other ingredients such as scrambled eggs, tomato, spinach and cheese or pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, onion and red bell pepper. 

How to Make Flatbread


Ingredients:

- 230 gr wheat flour + keep 1/4 cup extra for dusting and adjusting dough

- 1/2 tbsp salt

- 150 ml of non fat milk

- 3 1/2 tbsp of butter

- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tablespoons olive oil


Directions:

1. Melted butter and mixed with low fat milk. Stir quickly, set aside.

2. In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder and salt and add the butter and milk mixture. Then stir the dough with clean hands until the dough is not too sticky.

3. After that cover the dough with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.

4. After 30 minutes, take the dough and then put on a board that has been sprinkled a little flour. Divide the dough into 4 pieces.

5. Dough shape rounded and flattened with rolling pin with size rather wide.

6. Heat the olive oil in a sticky griddle over a low heat and cook the dough for 1 1/2 minutes (it should bubble up).

7. If it has changed a little golden color, lift and then spread with butter while hot.

8. Flatbread ready to be enjoyed and can be combined according to your taste
