Ingredients:

  • 200 gr big shrimp  
  • 1 teaspoon salt. 
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1 yam
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 garlic (puree)
  • 50 gr little shrimp ( puree)
  • chopped celery
  • fried onion
  • 2 spoon melted margarin
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 egg white
  • bread crumb
  • cooking oil


Directions:

1. Peel the shrimp and then apply it with lime and a little salt. Then stab with stick. Store in a bowl       for a moment.

2. While waiting, boil the yam until cooked. Then puree it.

3. Add a little salt, garlic, pepper, yolk, chopped celery, fried onion, melted margarin, yam and shrimp that has been mashed in a bowl. Then mix well become dough.

4. Take 2 spoon of dough then flatten, put big shrimp in it then roll.

5. Dip into egg whites and apply it with bread crumb.

6. Heat cooking oil into frying pan and then fried the shrimp that has been rooled until brown.

7. Shrimp rolled with yam is ready to be served.
