1. Sift the Matcha
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or cup to remove any clumps. This ensures a smooth and lump-free latte.
2. Mix Matcha with Hot Water
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water to the matcha powder.
- Whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a small regular whisk in a zigzag motion until the matcha is dissolved and frothy.
3. Heat the Milk
