[How do I Make Ikan Bakar?] Ikan bakar is the grilled fish with spicy seasoning and a bit sour. It's really delicious if you eat with rice and some sambal like soy sauce sambal, spicy sambal and blah blah blah. So this is how i make ikan bakar with soy sauce sambal. 



Ingredients:

- 1 fish (cleaned)

- lime juice

- salt

Seasoning Mashed:

- 1 candlenut

- 2 chilies

- 2 onions

- 1 garlic

Soy Sauce Sambal;

- soy sauce

- 5 onions (choped)

- 10 cayenne (if you like spicy)


Directions:

1. Marinade the fish with lime and a pinch of salt then add mashed seasoning.

2. Heat the grill pan and add some margarine then put the fish with low heat.

3. Wait until the fish getting cooked both of side.

4. Ikan Bakar is ready to be served with soy sauce sambal.
