[How to Make Chicken Rice Porridge] I like to enjoy porridge when I'm sick, because it's easier to swallow and tastes good.

How to Make Chicken Rice Porridge

Ingredients:

- 1 cup rice, rinse rice till water runs clear

- 5 cup water

- 1 chicken breast

- 2 leek, chop

- 1 inch ginger

- 1 lemongrass

- 1 clove shallot, puree

- 1 clove of garlic, puree

- 2 kaffir lime leaf

- 1 bay leaf

- Celery, chop

- Pepper, Coriander Powder to taste

- Fried Onion

- 1 Boiled Egg

- Salt to taste

- Soy Sauce


Directions:

1. Boil water, add rice, shallot, garlic, ginger, pepper, coriander powder, kaffir lime leaf, bay leaf, lemon grass and chicken.

2. Wait until rice becomes porridge and remove chicken breast. Shred the chicken and returning back into porridge.

3. Add some salt and serve with a sprinkling of leek, fried onion, celery, soy sauce and boiled egg.
