Cumi Pedas |
- Squid
- 15 chilies
- 5 red onions (slices)
- 3 garlic (slices)
- 1 lemongrass stem
- 2 orange leaves
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 slice of Galangal
- oil
- salt and pepper to taste
How to make:
1. Preheat the oil then saute all ingredients except squid
2. Stir briefly then enter the squid
3. Add pepper and salt
4. Stir until cooked
5. Spicy squid is ready to be enjoyed.
