[How to Make "Kolak Pisang"] Kolak pisang is one of many foods are sweet and savory taste which consumed to break fast when Ramadan.

Kolak Pisang

Ingredients:

- Banana

- Sugar palm fruit (wash up)

- Brown sugar (suit one's taste)

- Granulated sugar (suit one's taste)

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- coconut milk

- 1 pandan leaf


Directions:

1. Cut banana

2. Boil coconut milk and add all ingredients except banana

3. Stir constantly

4. Add banana when coconut milk has boiled

5. Kolak pisang is ready to be served.
