[How Do I Make Fluffy Pancakes?] Pancake may be served at anytime of the day with a variety of toppings, including chocolate, syrup fruit or anything else. Pancakes is one of breakfast menu choice. 

Ingredients:

• 10 tablespoon wheat flour

• 1 egg

• 135 ml milk

• 3 tablespoon sugar

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

• 20 gr butter, melted

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then mix until smooth.

2. Heat a frying pan, add some margarin.

3. Pour one scoop onto the frying pan wait until brown on both sides and serve hot.

4. Put some nutella jam for the topping.
